Questions and answers

Q: Why have I received this form from the Swedish Tax Agency?
A: You have been registered for Swedish F-tax, VAT or as employer during 2022.

Q: Do I need to do anything?
A: Since 2021, non-Swedish companies registered for Swedish F-tax, VAT or as employer, are required to provide the Swedish Tax Agency with information on its activities during last year (2022).

Q: Why should i provide this information?
A: The obligation was introduced as a way for the Swedish Tax Agency to identify foreign businesses with a permanent establishment in Sweden. If the Swedish Tax Agency deems that you have a permanent establishment in Sweden, you are liable to Swedish Corporate Income Tax on profits of the permanent establishment in Sweden. This can result in a double tax situation.

Q: So, what do I do now?
A: We can help you file the information, claiming that you have had no permanent establishment in Sweden during 2022. Get in touch with us!
